This package has been modified by Oracle from its original version. All files have
been updated with newer source-control headers. One file (Base.pm) has a source 
code change.

The original version of Base.pm may be found at Base.pm.orig in the same
directory as Base.pm.

Oracle have added additional code to measure the connect time (for TCP) and
also the total time to receive a DNS response. The Net::DNS::Resolver::Base
object now has additional "connect_time" and "total_time" attributes.
