This node manages an individual instance of an Oracle Real Application Cluster.
Available operations for each instance are:

| View and edit the values of initialization parameters. |
| Manage stored configurations. |
| Manage users' sessions. |
| Resource management. |
| Note: To startup or shutdown the cluster, right-click the database name, and
choose the action from the context menu. |
