Obtaining Patches

If you are directed by Oracle Suport Services to apply a patch to your system, you can get the patch from My Oracle Support. Search for the patch using the Patches & Updates interface using either the patch number, or or search criteria.

Once you have located the patch, you can view the Readme file for the patch, and choose the download the patch to your local system. If you download the patch file to a computer that is not node in in the cluster, then you will need to transfer the file using a binary protocol to one of the cluster nodes.
