About Text Index Errors

Sometimes an indexing operation fails or does not complete successfully. When the system encounters an error indexing a row, it logs the error in an Oracle Text view. Use the Text Index Errors page in Text Manager to see all of the errors that have been generated for the selected Text index. This enables you to identify problems and fix any errors that are occuring.

The following information is provided for each error:

Date and time
Row ID
Error number and description
