Renaming a Partition on a Text Index

To rename a partition on a Text index:

1. From the Text Indexes page, select the index and click Edit. The Partitions page appears with a list of partitions for this index.

2. Select the partition to rename and click Continue.

3. Enter the new name for the partition.

4. Optionally specify the parallel degree. This cannot be greater than the number of partitions on this index.

5. Click Apply.

   You may also click Show SQL to see the SQL statements used for this operation, or click Revert to roll back changes.
