Overview of Packaging and Instantiation

After you have built your deployment templates, you can package the template for instantiation and then instantiate the template at a remote site. There are two possibilities for template packaging and instantiation. The following table illustrates the possibilities, identifies the mechanism for packaging and instantiation, and lists the documentation to use.
