Creating a Local Job

To create a new local job:

  1. In Enterprise Manager, connect to the Database Instance Home page as the replication administrator.

  2. Click Data Movement.

  3. Under the Advanced Replication section, click callbackManage.

    The Administration Overview page appears.

  4. Under the Related Links section, click Jobs to open the All subpage of the Scheduler Jobs page.

  5. Select the individual job.

  6. Click Create.

    The General subpage of the Create Job page appears.

  7. Enter the name of the new job in the Name field.

    Change any other general settings on this page, if required. You can also change the schedule-related settings and other options for the job by using the Schedule and Options subpage, respectively.

  8. Click OK.

Note: The jobs you create in this dialog box is a job created with the DBMS_JOB PL/SQL package. This job is not an Oracle Enterprise Manager job.
