If a deferred transaction cannot execute properly, Oracle logs the transaction as a local error transaction. You should check each site in a replicated environment frequently for error transactions and then resolve them.
To display a summary list of a replication site's local error transactions:
In Enterprise Manager, connect to the Database Instance Home page as the replication administrator.
Click Data Movement.
Under the Advanced Replication section, click Manage.
The Administration Overview page appears.
Under the General section, click the number link next to Error Transactions to open the Error Transactions page.
All error transactions for the selected destination are displayed. Displayed information includes Transaction ID, Destination, Start Time, and Error Message.
To resolve an error transaction properly, you need specific information about what the transaction is attempting to perform. Deferred transactions consist of a series of deferred remote procedure calls that must be applied in a specific order to maintain transaction consistency.
To display more information about an individual error transaction:
Make sure the Error Transactions page is open.
Click the individual error transaction under the Transactions ID column.
