Purging Administrative Requests

Sometimes it is necessary to remove pending administrative requests (Administrative Requests) for a master group. For example, certain administrative requests might return errors. Even after you resolve the corresponding error situation, administrative requests remain in the server's queue unless you manually purge them.

To individually remove administrative requests for a master group:

1. On the Administrative Requests page, select Purge to purge the administrative requests in the selected master group.

2. Select the administrative requests you want to purge.

   Press Shift to select a range of administrative requests or press Control to individually select multiple administrative requests.

3. Click Go to purge the selected administrative requests.
