OracleMetaLink (http://metalink.oracle.com) is the Oracle Support Services site that provides information about released patches and outstanding bugs. You can also use Oracle Enterprise Manager to provide information about critical Oracle patch advisories and to download, stage, and apply Oracle software patches from OracleMetaLink.
