Also, create the materialized view logs for the target master tables prior to creating the materialized view group. A materialized view log is required for materialized views to perform fast refreshes with the master table. See <a href="materialized002.htm#BEIHCICE">Creating Materialized View Logs</a> for instructions.</p> <div class="helpinfonote"> <p><span class="bold">Note: </span>If conflicts are possible at the master site because of activity at materialized view sites, configure conflict resolution for the master tables of the materialized views.
