 A step is an executable unit within 
 a <a href="popup:oemjobs_gloss_job">job</a>, and may perform a command, run 
 a script, or another remote operation. Steps may be organized into stepsets, 
 which establish the order of execution. A job may consist of one or more steps 
 or stepsets. The number of steps in a job is determined by the job type and 
 the number of targets.
