<p>
The Program Resource Utilization metric provides flexible resource monitoring functionality. The operator must specify the criteria for the programs to be monitored by specifying key value specific thresholds. Values for the key value columns {program name, owner} define the unique criteria to be monitored for resource utilization in the system. </p>
<p>
By default, no programs will be tracked by this metric. Key Values entered as part of a key value specific threshold setting define the criteria for monitoring and tracking.
